Presenter’s Presentation Guidelines (Please read carefully)
1) Presenters are asked to produce a presentation video clip of about 20 minutes which features
a PowerPoint presentation and a window or screen displaying the presenter while giving the presentation.

2) At the beginning of the video presentation, the presenters will provide the following information.
– First name and last name
– Title, position, and affiliation (if any)
– Title of the presentation
– Conference title, host of the conference and conference date
Example
My name is…….The title of my presentation is……This presentation is given at the National
and International Conference organized by the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Thammasat University on….
3) Give a name to the recorded video clip using the following pattern: Presenter’s name_Title of the presentation, for example, Prapan_How to use Zoom for an online conference.
4) Presenters are required to upload the video clip on YouTube choosing the public setting (Public VDO) on the personal setting. Submit the YouTube link to the conference’s organizer no later than 17 July 2022 to this email: LA60conference2022@arts.tu.ac.th
5) The presentation video will be shown at the presenter’s designated presentation time. Presenters are required to have their presence at the presentation time to respond to questions or comments at the end of the video display.
The conference organizer will send a Zoom meeting ID and a password to the presenter’s email about 3 days before
the conference dates. Please find the presenter’s time slot, Zoom link details, and read the Zoom guidelines before the presentation.
6) Please dress appropriately during the video recording and at the presentation.
